FUNDESCO:  The Foundation

 

We created FUNDESCO in 2001 under the slogan
Technology Education, Technology in Education", with a commitment: to unite the interests and ideals of those - companies and individuals, who might interpret that technology was the major change for the education of our country and the region.

 

We did it, believing that was necessary to call all the sectors
they could contribute its “know-how” in the interests of community education
through modern technologies
and in order to successfully bring down the increasing gap,
that has been generated among those countries called rich
and Latin America, as a whole, and include socially to ALL

  

We wanted to access to everyone in the Knowledge Society, which we define as "socio-economic stage of development, whose actions are characterized by the ability to interface, making use of ICT evolution, so convergent, ubiquitous and instantaneous, in order to obtain, share and create information.

The growing willingness of powerful tools for information management,

in this "shared space", will promote innovation and knowledge creation,

making the production factor, active and main ingredient of human activity,

increasing productivity and economic and social value, transforming the public sphere and changing modes of relationship. "

 

This definition (originated by our friend, Dr. Alejandro Prince) is the one that FUNDESCO took as his own, to show that its north is the welfare of ALL.

It is not feasible to achieve best stadiums without the continuous preaching of that education at all levels, initials, tertiary and university students, with technological influence and either at the formal and non formal education.

 

Those who can’t drive technology in the future will be relegated by the times.

From the idea that the country and the region can achieve those goals, from FUNDESCO we provide our daily efforts to support to all enterprises that contribute to the stated objectives.

 

We undertake to contribute to those who, with ideas, projects, creativity and innovation, bet on these objectives

and help us realize them

for the good of Argentina and the region.
